Troubles:

* Having to wait a few minutes the train of my wife, I composes and redial Vélov without success (note that I shall make a refund of train tickets, so I received a CB that goes)

* I recycle my wife is coming home I retry a few times to call them, always the same ... Total Friday night, I tried to call them 10 times (orange billing support).

* Saturday, I'm not on Lyon, but I do not loose the case. I get to join them at the stroke of 11am, the counselor told me that a thief could take it, I should have trying to push in Bornet. BUT SINCE HE DID I TELL YOU NOT MOVE .... Bike impossible to get and rent that starts: this is a recurring problem

A very recent testimony (how No. 238 of 28 May 2010) , a Velib'eur who can not get his bike and finds himself responsible for that bike.
This testimony is interesting because it raises the possibility of users malicious hackers, who managed to "freeze" a bike in his post:

I had a problem similar to yours, but in my case I n have never been able to unlock the bike: red light directly. I read aback that I'm not the only one to ask me questions about the system.
My account has Velib found locked supposedly because I borrowed a vélib for nearly four hours on January 28. Or 19 euros to pay to settle my "discovered".

I'm formal, I expect the green light and beep etc etc. And that day I used my vélib for 15 minutes max as always to go to my work.

Coincidentally, this is the day that 1) I hang up my evil vélib, 2) I do not check?!?! I am amazed, and I can not prove anything to make me pay.

And THAT would reset themselves my bike to my place (And at the same place??)
frankly it's so weird that I wonder if there is no fraud from the system vélib . I paid my 19 euros because I like the Vélib but if it happens again I am complaining.

me, it's even harder! I'm almost 400 euros collected by Velib. I am user Occasional since mid October and the theft of my scooter, so no subscriber. I discovered on my December statement vélib a levy of 150 euros and 19 euros. Hazing nice! I send a mail on December 10: I'm told just today (January 17) for 19 euros. Email not type I hung up my bike ... They have not been hung detected at the time that I had indicated. Restitution after 3 h00 ... As if by magic. I am indebted for 19 euros. Either. For 150 euros, no news and no mention in the mail. The same day, December statement: in 10 locations, 4 problem. Velib takes me after 4, 36, 32 and 150 euros ...! or 222 euros for December rent nice! This status does absolutely nothing.
While cycling is not well hung, it is not hooked.
status "badly hung", with its red light, blocking the Vélib '. And when that happens the night after 22:00 or after 19:00 Sunday night (when no HotLine) what do we do? Why
the only important information that should be published is not?
=> when a Vélib 'has not been hung up, wait 10 minutes for to once again try to hang it and get the green light saving!
terminals and the website does not talk about those 10 minutes ... what a pity!
It is easily understood why: cut overtime and even bail of 150 € is an activity more profitable than the rental of 1 / 2 hours free!

When will the change?
Parisians, the inhabitants of the Ile de France, tourists (French and foreign) ... all may suffer the same punishment!
