If the owner wishes to sell his home at the expiration of the lease of an unfurnished rentals, notify the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by a bailiff six months before the end of the lease.
The lessor must absolutely on pain of invalidity specified in a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt:
- the first five paragraphs of Article 15 II of the Act of July 6, 1989.
- the price and conditions of sale.
leave is offering for sale to benefit the tenant during the first 2 months after receiving mail from the owner.
If the tenant does not wish to purchase the property after that period of two months, the landlord may put his property for sale.
