HOUSING: smoke detectors mandatory soon law to mandate the installation of
smoke detectors in all places Residential (Act No. 2010-238
of March 9, 2010), was published in the Official Gazette March 10, 2010
The legislators wanted to put these facilities at the expense of occupants per dwelling, while stipulating that the
home insurer may provide a reduction of contributions for insurance against fire damage when the insured has complied with the obligations.
It must now await the publication of the decree implementing the law.
